choosing Belly dancing? Belly Dance is a great form of low-impact exercise that improves posture, increases flexibility and strengthens many of the muscles of the body. Belly Dance also improves self-esteem, promotes a positive body image, and provides a support network among women. There are also social and emotional benefits of bellydancing such as stress reduction. Learning to belly dance involves using muscles in your body that you have probably never used before and may feel awkward at first.  A little practice can go a long way!

Level Programs Available in the Academy: 

Level 1 ( 8-week course- meets once a week)
Level 2A (8-week course-meets once a week)
Level 2B (8-week course-meets once a week)
Level 2B Choreography Course (8-week course-meets once a week)
Level 3A (8-week course-meets once a week)
Level 3B (4-week course-meets twice a week)
Level 4A (4-week course-meets twice a week)
Level 4B (4-week course-meets twice a week)
Level 5 (4-week courses meeting twice a week)

All Membership Level Classes includes: 

• A FREE Review class per week that meets every Thursdays at 7:15pm  ONLY available to members!!
• A practice Belly Dance Music CD.
• A Syllabus with descriptions of each moves learned in class, including prop use, and finger cymbals. 
• An evaluation at the end of each level course to assure the student progress into the next level.

COST: $137.00 PER MONTH!

DROP-IN CLASS PROCEDURE : 

(ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OPEN FORMAT BELLY DANCE CLASSES IN THE SCHEDULE)

Students enrolled in any levels are encouraged to attend as many additional Open FORMAT classes per week at or below their level as they would like.

• Option 1: Pay as you go $20.00 per class

• Option 2: Sign up for UNLIMITED OPEN FORMAT CLASS  AT $99.00 per month! 

  Take advantage of all Open Format Classes available in the Schedule plus our Level 1 program (classes 1-7) Please Note: This Open format class package does not include all membership benefits and perks offered in our level program courses. 

• The Unlimited class package is valid for  1 month of classes 

Open Format Classes available:

• Belly Dance I (Excellent for students with no experience in belly dancing)
• Belly Dance Introduction (Introduction to bellydance class- Excellent for 1st time students)
• Belly Dance II (Excellent for students that understand the basic concepts of belly dance)

Programs are Non-Refundable: Students registered for any Program or Workshop have a reserved spot in that class and are making a commitment to participate. For this reason, Programs and Workshops are non-refundable. Students may transfer from one Program session to another within the first three weeks, space permitting. Dreamsbellydance Academy must be notified and transfer must be acknowledged. Workshop transfers are not permitted.
