Before you get to the studio please follow this simple steps:
1- Come at least 15 mins before class starts to fill out our paper work.
2- Wear comfortable clothes ready to workout, no jeans, skirts, shorts or anything that won’t allow you to move.
3- Come with an open mind and positive attitude! Even if you have never done this before, we will take you through the process and you will really enjoy it!!
4- If you are a living social or amazon costumer that purchased our deal through their site, Please make sure to bring your printed VOUCHER, otherwise we won’t be able to give you your class card without this paper.
